Terms of trade

These terms apply to every order placed with GSUIT Australia (“we”, “us”) through a trade account. By applying for an account or placing an order, you accept them.

Trade accounts

• Accounts are for businesses that install or resell film professionally and hold a current ABN.
• We approve, decline or close accounts at our discretion. Approval doesn’t oblige you to buy, or us to supply.
• You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for orders placed through your account.

Prices

• Prices shown to approved accounts are wholesale prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST and freight are added at checkout.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order is the price you pay.
• If a price is shown in error, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you can cancel it.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We can decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable.
• Payment is by bank transfer before dispatch unless we’ve agreed other terms with you in writing. Use your order number as the payment reference.
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled after seven days.

Delivery

• We deliver within Australia. Freight charges are shown before you place the order.
• Delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Check rolls when they arrive and tell us about any transit damage within two business days, with photos.
• Ownership passes to you only once we’ve received payment in full.

Returns

• We accept returns of unopened, undamaged rolls in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, if you contact us first. Return freight is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Cut, opened or installed film can’t be returned except under the warranty or the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty and liability

• GSUIT film is covered by the manufacturer warranty described on our warranty page. Claims are lodged by the installer with the order number, installation date and photos.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including installation labour or lost profit.

General

These terms are governed by Australian law. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: use the contact page on this website.
