Privacy policy
This policy explains how GSUIT Australia handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Trade applications: your name, business name, ABN, business address, phone, email, years of experience and the film you currently use.
- Orders: billing and delivery details, what you ordered and how you paid. We don’t see or store card numbers; bank transfers are matched against your order number.
- Enquiries: what you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Website use: cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
- To assess trade applications and confirm you operate a genuine business, including checking your ABN.
- To process orders, arrange delivery, issue tax invoices and handle warranty claims with the manufacturer.
- To answer enquiries and tell you about changes to your account or orders.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We only send marketing emails if you’ve agreed to receive them, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs: freight carriers (delivery details), our payment and banking providers, our website hosting and email providers, our accountants, and the manufacturer AD-WINNER when a warranty claim needs its assessment. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in Korea and the United States. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards. We don’t sell personal information.
Keeping it secure
The site runs over an encrypted connection, accounts are password protected, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. We keep records for as long as the law requires (tax records for at least five years) and then delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, through the contact page on this website. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change. The current version always applies.
